Editions

The node is free. The management layer and the hub are commercial.

Two things vary, and they vary independently. Scale is how much a deployment covers: a node is one agency, a hub federates across many. Edition is which code is in the image: Community is the analyst substrate, Enterprise adds the management and operations layer. The tiers below are the crossings you can buy. There is no community hub, because federation is the whole of what a hub adds.

Node

Community

Individual agencies, members, pilots

Full open-source agency stack: adapters, normalization, warehouse, visualization, APIs, and MCP. Community support.

Free · open-source

Node

Enterprise

One agency that needs the management layer

Everything in Community, plus KPIs, governed reports, the alerts surface, wall and presentation modes, shared-link governance, enterprise SSO and the AI digest. No federation layer.

Commercial license

Hub

Managed

Hubs, state DOTs, federal programs

Everything in Subscription, plus we operate the hub in your cloud or on-prem and deliver the integration.

Commercial · operated

What each edition includes

Subscription and Managed are one column here. They are identical in capability and differ only in who operates the hub, which is on the cards above.
